Judicial expert

A court or tribunal may appoint an expert at a trial who provides impartial information or conducts research independent of the parties involved.

Duursma & Versluijs has experience as a court expert in disputes involving pleasure boats and houseboats and can be contacted for litigation.

We are:

• HISWA Qualified Yacht Surveyor®.
• NVEP Qualified Yacht Surveyor® (Dutch Association of Experts Pleasure Craft).
• EMCI Registered Yacht Surveyor® (European Maritime Certification Institute).
• Registered Appraiser VRT® (Association of Registered Appraisers).

Rates

We agree on a fixed amount in advance. So that there are no surprises.
