When combining an appraisal and a technical inspection, we offer a customized rate.

We can give you clarity on the current market value (appraisal) of the object with or without mooring, the technical condition (visual technical inspection) and the daily and rebuilding value for insurance purposes (underwriting inspection) in a professional manner.
Our appraisal- and survey reports:
- you can use for the insurance of your houseboat/lifeboat (most houseboat insurers require a technical report for acceptance);
- can come in handy in negotiations;
- provide a clear overview of the necessary work to be performed and advice. This allows you to request a budget from a contractor, plumber and/or maintenance company for this work;
Our report gives you an independent, expert, clear and unambiguous picture of the condition and value of the property.
Our reports are accepted by all financial institutions (including Rabobank, Triodos bank, ING bank, SNS bank) as well as all houseboat insurers in the Netherlands.

We agree on a fixed amount in advance so there are no surprises.
