HISWA Valuation
In an appraisal, the focus is on the valuation of the vessel where the technical condition is roughly assessed.
Appraisals can be performed for the following purposes, among others:
- buying and selling (establishing a realistic price);
- financing (taking out a loan);
- Estate division (valuation of joint property after divorce);
- insurance (Fixed Valuation Civil Code Article 7:960 (7.17.2.24);
- Inheritance tax/succession tax (valuation of the property after owner's death).
You will receive a fully prepared appraisal report from us.
Our reports are accepted by all financiers and insurers.
Our report gives you an independent, expert, clear and unambiguous picture of the property's value.
We are:
- HISWA Qualified Yacht Surveyor®.
- NVEP Qualified Yacht Surveyor® (Dutch Association of Experts Pleasure Craft).
- EMCI Registered Yacht Surveyor® (European Maritime Certification Institute).
- Registered Appraiser VRT® (Association of Registered Appraisers).
Rates
We agree on a fixed amount in advance. So that there are no surprises.
