HISWA pre-purchase survey / sales survey
A HISWA pre-purchase survey consists of the following components and all are included in the report:
- Underwatership;
- Osmosis research / moisture measurement.
- Thickness measurement without coating removal / ultrasonic metal thickness measurement;
- Hull above the waterline;
- Deck, superstructure and cockpit;
- Rigging;
- Hull interior;
- Interior;
- Technical Installations;
- Gas installation;
- Electrical Installation;
- Equipment;
- Steering system;
- Mechanical propulsion system (including infrared temperature measurement);
- Trial run;
- Safety and rescue equipment.
Optional:
- Lube oil sample (as an aid to diagnosis);
- Appraisal (including insurance, estate division, litigation).
If desired, the inspection report can be expanded to include a valuation. This appraisal paragraph can be used together with the inspection report for insurance of the vessel.
With our report, you will have an independent, expert, clear and distinct view of the property.

Rates
We agree on a fixed amount in advance. So that there are no surprises.
