Appraisal (determining current market value)

We appraise existing and newly built houseboats, (sailing) houseboats and water villas, with or without berth.

In this appraisal of a houseboat, (sailing) houseboat or water villa, the emphasis is on the valuation based on the current market situation. The technical condition and general state of repair of the object is assessed globally. Own land, buildings, jetty and shore accommodation can also be included in the valuation.

Our appraisal reports:

are accepted by all lenders and mortgage providers (including Rabobank, Triodos bank, ING bank, SNS bank);
can come in handy in negotiations;
Our area of operation is all of the Netherlands and, upon request, beyond.

Appraisals may be performed for the following purposes:

buying and selling (establishing a realistic price);
financing (taking out a mortgage or loan);
refinancing (refinancing a mortgage, such as for a remodel, renovation or new construction);
estate division (valuation of common property after separation of owners);
extend fixed-interest period;
Inheritance tax/succession tax (valuation of the property after death of owner).

Insurance appraisal

Many insurers require an inspection report for insurance acceptance. At an insurance appraisal, the overall technical condition of the object, safety and insurance requirements are assessed. In addition replacement and rebuilding values are included in the report.
