Appraisal
In an appraisal (determining Market Value), the focus is on the valuation of the object based on the current market situation, whereby the technical condition and overall state of repair is roughly assessed. This can be performed for a houseboat, houseboat and/or water villa.
Visual technical inspection
A visual technical inspection (similar to an architectural inspection) assesses the technical condition and overall state of repair of the property.
You can also opt for an appraisal and visual technical inspection in one, saving you immediate costs!
Insurance appraisal or underwriting inspection
Where an appraisal is done for the purpose of taking out insurance, it is called an insurance appraisal or underwriting inspection. This involves assessing the overall technical condition of the property, safety requirements and insurance requirements. In addition, the replacement and reconstruction values are included in the report.
